Job summary

Prime Residential is hiring a Paint Technician I for Park La Brea in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role involves painting interiors and exteriors of vacated and occupied units, as well as common areas, with a focus on lead-safe practices.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a target pay of $30.02 per hour, and opportunities to contribute to apartment renovations and property upkeep. The successful candidate will have up to one year of painting experience, a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Painter is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide painting services of vacated apartments, occupied apartments, exterior walls, pool areas (touch-ups), exterior doors, and model apartments.
• Receive a plan of action to complete assigned tasks, including job locations and readying equipment.
• Identify and use of all required painting supplies, equipment, and PPE gear for the job.
• Work safely, following guidelines, utilizing proper protective equipment, and complying with OSHA regulations.
• Identify and report all unsafe acts and/or equipment to Painting Foreman
• Complete final punch list and obtain required approvals.
