Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking dependable painters and painter's assistants to join our roving Maintenance & Renovations team serving Los Angeles-area multifamily communities.

All skill levels are welcome, from entry-level to experienced professionals. Expect travel between properties in the Los Angeles region, with a starting pay of $21.00–$36.00 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skill, and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting and finish preparation.
• Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Assist with apartment turnover painting, touch-ups, and renovations.
• Protect floors and surrounding areas before work begins.
• Set up, maintain, and break down work areas daily.
• Use mobile apps to review and update work orders and photos.
