Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments, including painting, carpeting, cleaning and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas in safe condition.
• Adheres to safety policies and training requirements.
