Job summary

Drucker + Falk seeks a seasoned marketing professional to coordinate property marketing, reporting, and digital campaigns across DF communities. You will partner with property teams, leadership, clients, and vendors to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand consistency while leveraging data-driven insights.

You will manage budgets, analytics, and technology tools, train teams on the Marketing Playbook, and produce monthly KPI reports to support ongoing asset performance and growth across DF markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in multifamily marketing or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, analytics, and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing strategy and short-term action plans within approved budgets.
• Monitor advertising sources, website activity, lead generation, and conversion; compile monthly reports.
• Coordinate digital advertising (PPC, SEO, GEO), social media, and marketing content per brand standards.
• Provide on-site and virtual training on the Marketing Playbook and best practices.
