Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and safety compliance across our communities in the Mesa area. The role includes appliance repair, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool care, and custodial duties.

Youll help ensure rent-ready units within 3–5 days of vacancy and respond to tenant requests within 24 hours, with potential on-call emergencies. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a flexible, available schedule to respond promptly and resolve after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain the exterior curb appeal of the community and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests, ensuring efficient resolution within 24 hours.
