Job summary

Capano Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform minor building repairs across multifamily properties in Milton and Lewes, DE. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks and requires proactive preventative maintenance to sustain property condition.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, own tools, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits included with compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Complete inspections of buildings, units, office and amenity space as needed.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
