Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and maintain safe, clean common areas across our communities. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, respond to work orders, perform general maintenance and repairs, and provide excellent resident service while upholding safety standards.

This role requires physical ability, reliability, and the willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily or related industries.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.
• Must have own hand tools and be able to travel to properties within 30 minutes.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform work to keep common areas clean, safe, and attractive (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots, etc.).
• Respond to and complete work orders promptly with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain property value via preventative maintenance and safety reporting.
