Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform a variety of maintenance duties, respond to work orders promptly, and help keep our properties in top condition for residents.

You will coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety on site while working with residents and vendors. This role requires physical activity and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily.
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Trade skills include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances.

Responsibilities

• Drive resident satisfaction by promptly addressing work orders.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and attractive (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to protect property value.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure quick occupancy.
