Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.

You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, prep vacants for leasing, manage supplies, and document work while following safety policies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with EPA refrigerant certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Maintains and repairs building systems and components.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA-related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinates with vendors.
• Tracks inventory and ensures proper materials handling.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and assists in cost-containment efforts.
