Job summary

Princeton Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Dover, NH property. This on-site role focuses on apartment-home maintenance, with opportunities to grow skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.

You’ll handle daily work orders and emergency calls, collaborating with a team to ensure clean, functional communities. Ideal candidates bring residential maintenance experience, own basic hand tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience required (apartment or general repair).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform bending, reaching and crawling.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Work independently and with a team to keep communities clean and functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed.
• Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms).
