Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Virginia Beach property. You will handle resident repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and on-site tasks to keep the community in top condition.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining supplies, and assisting with safety and weather-related preparations. Candidates should have HVAC experience and be able to work in a team rotation. Join our award-winning team in Dove Landing.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification or equivalent required.
• Multi-family maintenance experience including HVAC is preferred.
• Must be able to be on-call in a rotation and handle repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling repairs.
• Track materials, supplies, and tools and return unused items to stock.
• Document service work promptly and accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist in safety and risk management.
