Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to work at Parcels at Concourse in Memphis. The role involves repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Must have own tools and be available for on-call emergencies. Qualifications include two years' maintenance experience (HVAC certification preferred) and prior multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintains and inspects building systems and ensures proper operation and safety.
• Performs preventive maintenance to protect facilities during cold weather and maintains pool equipment and chemical balance.
• Inspects vacant units and turnovers, conducts inspections for regulatory compliance.
• Maintains inventory of parts and records maintenance requests.
