Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to service Parcels at Concourse. The role covers repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment systems, with 24/7 on-call for emergencies and a requirement to bring your own tools.

Qualifications include two years of maintenance experience; college degree preferred and HVAC/EPA certification preferred. Pool operator certification is a plus.

• Two years of maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• Must possess the knowledge and have the tools to perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, facility electrical systems, plumbing systems, and any other special equipment on a property.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians
• Troubleshoots all property systems, and performs or oversees repairs
• Conducts maintenance-related inspections, including building and alarm systems inspections; assists in preparing property for inspections by regulatory agencies
• Performs Preventive Maintenance to include winterizing facilities, inspections of HVAC, pool equipment, lighting, etc.
• Inspects vacant units and turnovers; paints turnovers as needed
• Inspects subcontracted service providers and documents work and product quality
• Walks grounds and common areas, removes debris; snow/ice removal
• Attends and completes trainings; completes repairs as directed
• Performs administrative duties: recording maintenance requests, inventory management
• Must move heavy equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs
• Performs other duties as assigned
