• Attendant to be neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers efficiently.
• Clean vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily to Property Manager.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.
