Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician who travels between multiple properties to keep facilities in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and address work orders promptly with care.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/EPA certifications and a willingness to travel, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality. RADCO emphasizes development, competitive pay, and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Possess strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair skills.
• Must have good time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and address safety concerns.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and pool maintenance as applicable.
• Move appliances and assist in furniture relocation as needed.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Handle on-call emergency service requests with rapid response.
• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors and team members.
• Demonstrate RADCO values with professionalism and respect.
