• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multi-family settings.
• Must communicate professionally with residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing market-ready units for new residents.
• Respond to routine work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain swimming pools and amenity areas.
• Ensure property safety and security.
