Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Winston-Salem community. You will handle interior and exterior maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors to keep common areas in top condition.

The role emphasizes safety, on-call support, and delivering exceptional service to residents while maintaining property standards. A valid driver's license and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of maintenance experience.
• CPO and/or CFC certifications are strongly preferred or can be obtained.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled, including painting and grounds upkeep.
• Repair community equipment: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance servicing as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident repair requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain resident privacy and deliver high-quality customer service when entering apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscap ing, painting, pest control and other services as required.
• Adhere to safety/OSHA regulations and obtain certifications as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
