Job summary

The Zenith Group is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to handle day-to-day operations and repairs at a multifamily property in Kansas City, Kansas. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, basic repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and assisting residents with maintenance requests.

Must be able to work on-call emergencies and coordinate with the on-site Property Manager. Candidate should have a high school diploma, three years of related experience, valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in property or related fields.
• Must have high school diploma; associate degree desired.
• MSDS knowledge and safety training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete daily work orders promptly.
• Document work in ResMan with parts and labor.
• Perform basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Communicate delays with the Property Manager.
• Assist with on-call emergencies per rotation.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
