Job summary
Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available at our property in Canton, MI. The role focuses on timely work-order completion and proactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks to keep the community in top condition.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
- Excellent customer service and general computer knowledge
- Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus
- On-call availability and weekend flexibility
Responsibilities
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Knowledge in HVAC
- Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
- Apartment turns including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting
- Housekeeping duties as required; snow removal during winter
- Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
- Responds to on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager
- Maintains exterior of the property for curb appeal
- Pool, spa, and pool area maintenance if applicable
