BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to support maintenance of multifamily communities in Matthews, NC. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Section 608 Type I certification required.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair.
• Proactive safety mindset and OSHA awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and apartment make-readies.
• Maintain tools and document safety/maintenance activities.
• Respond to resident requests and participate in on-call duties as needed.
