Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems, and assist with apartment make-readies to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will follow OSHA safety rules, perform preventive maintenance, and share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team, reporting to the Community Manager and Service Manager.

Two years of general maintenance experience and EPA 608 Type I certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification and basic appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work with on-call rotations and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies for apartments.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
• Diagnose problems, prioritize repairs, and complete maintenance requests.
• Keep tools secure and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Service Manager.
