Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Park at Oak Ridge Apartments in Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and high-quality resident service.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to diagnose issues, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and help make-ready units while ensuring safety and compliance. Maximize uptime and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in occupied and vacant apartment homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues, determining appropriate solutions and escalating complex repairs when necessary
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and apartment homes
• Service and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
• Repair and maintain residential appliances, plumbing systems, and electrical fixtures
• Assist with make-ready processes to ensure apartment homes are prepared for new residents
