Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Park at Oak Ridge Apartments in Greensboro, NC. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
• 2+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in occupied and vacant apartments (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces and a/c units.
• Repair and maintain residential appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Assist with make-ready processes to prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain property cleanliness and safety across grounds and common areas.
• Document completed tasks in property management systems and communicate with supervisor.
