Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician I for Conroe, TX to maintain the community’s curb appeal and safety. You will handle routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping tasks in vacant and occupied homes, reporting to the Service Manager and Community Manager.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic maintenance experience, and the ability to operate common tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the condition and appearance of the community per safety standards.
• Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready in vacant homes.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure safety.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and other laws.
