Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt, professional maintenance for our multifamily residential portfolio in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle service requests, turnovers, and safety inspections while working closely with property managers and residents.

The role requires hands-on repair skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. A high school diploma is required; EPA 608 HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA 608 HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in multifamily or residential maintenance desirable; ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to ensure units meet standards.
• Identify issues, determine repairs, and document work with appropriate notes and photos.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Monitor grounds and safety, and assist with preventative maintenance of mechanical systems.
