Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt and professional maintenance across our four multifamily communities. You will address service requests, perform repairs, prep vacant units, and maintain safety and curb appeal.

This role reports to the Property Manager and features a Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call rotation. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Section 608 HVAC certification

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years hands‑on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential settings preferred.
EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
Conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections and ensure units meet property standards.
Identify issues, determine repairs, and complete work with proper tools and techniques.
Maintain tidy work areas and support preventative maintenance of mechanical systems.
