Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt, professional maintenance for our multifamily portfolio in Indiana. You’ll handle service requests, repairs, turnover prep, and safety/compliance while working with property managers and residents.

The role supports a rotating on-call schedule and requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills. On-site position with a focus on resident satisfaction and quality upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years hands-on maintenance in multifamily or residential settings preferred.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Address service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect move-ins/outs and ensure units meet property standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety protocols.
