Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt maintenance services for our multifamily residential portfolio in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle a range of repairs, performance of turnover work, and ensure safety and appearance standards are met, working closely with property managers and residents.

The role requires hands-on experience in residential maintenance, strong customer service, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and turnover work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure units meet standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and follow safety protocols.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and monitor for safety hazards.
