Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company in Burien, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the property's physical integrity and appearance by meeting company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform routine maintenance, handle resident service requests, and support efficient property operations.

The role requires one year of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification preferred, and the ability to respond to on-call needs including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and perform inspections.
• Maintain amenity areas and common spaces.
• Inspect work by vendors for quality and scope.
• Attend safety meetings and OSHA training.
• Assist in property inspections.
