Harbor Group Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity, respond to resident requests, and support efficient operations. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs across buildings and amenities.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification preferred, and EPA refrigerant handling certification.

Qualificações

• 1 year of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or appliance repair).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling required.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience is highly desired.
• Available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Customer-service oriented with professional interaction with residents.
• Must follow safety guidelines and instructions; other local/state certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs for safe operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, schedule contractors, and perform needed repairs.
• Maintain amenity areas and common spaces via cleaning and minor painting.
