Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment complexes in Bay City and Freeport, TX. This full-time role (40 hours) emphasizes learning as a key trait and offers $15-$20 per hour.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring units are ready for move-in with AppFolio as our in-house system. HVAC/EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience.
• Computer experience required.
• Driver's License and ability to drive to various properties.
• Show legal documentation showing ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests/work orders promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Support preventative maintenance strategies across complexes.
• Ensure facilities and related systems are in good working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior).
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in (checklists, site visits).
• Update and maintain work orders in AppFolio.
• Keep properties clean and free of debris.
