Green Alpha Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities in Bay City and Freeport, TX. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers hands-on work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance and requires timely response to work orders.

Background check is mandatory and applicants must have legal eligibility to work in the United States. Experience with maintenance tasks, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Formación

• HVAC/EPA certification preferred
• 1+ years maintenance experience
• Computer experience required
• Driver's license and ability to drive to properties
• Legal ability to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Respond timely to requests/work orders and delegate as appropriate
• Support Preventative maintenance strategies amongst complexes
• Ensure facilities and related systems are in good working order (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior)
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move in (checklists, physically visiting units)
• Updates and maintains work order management through AppFolio
• Maintains clean properties by ensuring that complexes are clear of trash and other debris
