Qualifications

3+ years of experience in multi-family housing maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and manuals.
Strong mechanical knowledge and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliances.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R systems using schematics.
Repair and install commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration units.
Operate company vehicles to transport tools and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests with safety and operational continuity.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, parts, and maintenance activities.
Assist with construction projects by providing mechanical support and ensuring safety.
