Job summary

TRG Management in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repair and upkeep of apartment communities. You will handle daily service requests, prep vacant units, and maintain overall property appearance.

Responsibilities include painting, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs, and assisting with seasonal tasks. The role offers full-time employment with a base salary plus a bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily service requests and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Maintain property appearance with painting, cleaning and carpet care.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with weekly duties and monthly supply orders.
• Perform annual preventative maintenance per the program.
• Repair plumbing, electrical systems and general building maintenance tasks.
