Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry as needed.
• Coordinate with property management to address resident requests promptly.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while completing tasks and documenting work orders.
