Sharpline Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily communities in Midwest City, OK. Join a fast-growing operator that uses modern systems and real-time communication to empower the maintenance team.

You will handle work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and resident communications while coordinating with management to meet timelines and uphold high housing standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience (apartment/community maintenance preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational training a plus.
• HVAC certification preferred; strong understanding of building systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders, unit turns, and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain apartments, common areas, and grounds in excellent condition.
• Perform regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Carry out seasonal and annual preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Work independently and with the maintenance team to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and building regulations.
• Repair and maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Track and close work orders accurately in the system.
• Assist with property upgrades, renovations, and capital projects.
