Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality, while responding to customer service requests.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will complete service requests, coordinate with staff, and may work weekends or after-hours. A HS diploma and 3–4 years maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire; knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment up to standard.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Carry out maintenance aspects of the community in the supervisor's absence; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments; respond to safety concerns.
