Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Carry out maintenance tasks; respond to customer service requests and follow company standards.
• Weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service as scheduled.
