Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property maintenance preferred; working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and heating systems.
• Demonstrates integrity, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to interact effectively with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance work orders and addresses exterior and interior building needs.
• Maintains equipment inventory and ensures proper tool and supply management.
• Assists with snow removal and routine upkeep; paints, cleans, and completes unit renovations.
• Ensures safety practices and communicates issues to the supervisor.
