NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Sonoran Terraces in Tucson, AZ. You will handle maintenance requests, make-readies, and essential upkeep of pools, grounds, and units.

The role requires multifamily maintenance experience, familiarity with plumbing, electrical tasks, and pool/spa care. On-site work with an on-call rotation, and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and pool/spa systems.
• Familiar with appliance repair and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance make-ready and work orders promptly.
• Turn vacant apartments and maintain pools, spas, and grounds.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies.
• Complete duties and projects as assigned.
