Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solving with a strong work ethic.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well-organized with good time management.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Technical certification or training is appreciated.
• Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems safe and efficient.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to improve property maintenance.
• Ensure workspace is safe and organized.
• Assist with installing new equipment as needed.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls on a rotation.
