The role requires a minimum of 2 years in property maintenance, with proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily residential.
Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively with residents and vendors.
Background check and drug screening required.
Customer service experience in property management or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to uphold property integrity.
