Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity and appearance of our multifamily properties in a fast-paced environment. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and support daily operations to ensure safety and quality living spaces.

The role requires plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry skills, with on-call availability and a focus on following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests and track repairs with work orders.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections for safety and efficiency.
• Prepare vacant units by inspections, punch lists, and coordinating contractor work.
• Maintain amenity areas and common spaces; handle cleaning and minor repairs.
