The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our property to provide residents with a high-quality living environment. Responsibilities

• Maintenance Operations: Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold property integrity and functionality.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with maintenance staff to efficiently address maintenance needs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and company policies through routine inspections and timely resolution of any safety concerns.

Qualifications
