Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred, and on-call rotations for emergencies are required. The ideal candidate should be neat, professional, and able to coordinate parts purchases with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in maintenance field.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must be neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Clean vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on parts/material purchases.
