Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Midway Gardens in Menasha, Commercial Square in Neenah, and Archive in Appleton. The role includes cleaning, repairs, groundskeeping, and on-call duties across several properties.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills, with the ability to work independently in a multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility for on-call emergencies and varied hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect properties.
• Maintain tools and work area in clean, safe condition.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures and breakers.
• Plumbing: repair faucets, toilets, drains and re-piping as needed.
• HVAC: basic repairs and filter cleaning.
• Groundskeeping: trash pickup, snow removal, lawn care.
• Carpentry and drywall repairs; perform painting as needed.
• Assist with cleaning, janitorial requests and unit turnovers.
• Coordinate with manager on work orders and update status.
• Respond to on-call emergencies with 20-minute response window.
