Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or residential construction.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations and overall upkeep of the property.
• Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly.
• Support unit turnovers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Skills

Reliable transportation

1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance or related fields

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
