• Maintain daily operations and overall upkeep of the property.
• Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly.
• Support unit turnovers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Job Type

Full‑time

Pay

$25–$26 per hour

Schedule

• 8 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary)
• Monday – Friday

What you will be doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain daily operations and overall upkeep of the community, addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Core responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally
• Maintain property grounds and keep common areas clean and attractive
• Support unit turnovers and make‑readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
• Assist in preventative maintenance to extend the life of property systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Deliver notices and communications to residents as directed
• Participate in an on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
