Bender Companies is seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Woodridge community. You will tackle daily maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, attractive living environment for residents.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in apartment maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance care. You will work on-site, with a schedule that includes weekends and on-call duties as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues. The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to follow direction while also working independently when needed.
Full-time
$24-$27 per hour
As a Maintenance Technician at Bender Companies, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the community. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
In this role, you will collaborate with the maintenance team to address service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to creating a well-maintained, comfortable living environment for our residents.
This position will require you to work on-site at the property in Woodridge.
