Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Brix Walla Walla, WA. You will keep apartment homes and facilities in good working order, respond to service requests promptly, and help maintain market-ready units to meet leasing needs.

A strong focus on quality and customer service will drive success in this role. The position requires 1+ years in property maintenance, on-site work across multiple properties, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Experience using HappyCo or similar property maintenance software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to communicate with management, teammates, and residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site work; able to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks and respond to service requests.
• Complete make-ready for vacant units and maintain curb appeal.
• Troubleshoot major and minor mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with on-site team and update work orders.
• Walk properties daily to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness.
• Keep common areas clean and inviting and provide professional customer service.
• May assist other properties as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
